The Goals of Individual Therapy

The goals of your therapy sessions will vary based on your specific needs and may include: reducing depression and anxiety, improving self-esteem, enhancing relationship skills, and learning to manage and even resolve negative emotional states. Sessions typically last 45-50 minutes and are scheduled weekly.
